Riddle: How many NLUC men does it take to make a door? Answer: A trusty five!
Recently, Hennie and his noble crew of Don, Pat, Dave, and John (guy with truck), tackled the narthex Closet Doors Project. After a kick-off measurement session, they descended on an unsuspecting RONA en masse where extensive consultation ensued regarding plywood, hinges, and handles. Then, following a test fitting at the church, all materials were transported to Hennie’s workshop for expert assembly.
Don’s near professional-level paint selection was followed by several rounds of painting, paired with several rounds of well-deserved refreshment. This week, the team installed four new handsome doors, completing one more element of our “Narthex Refresh.” Take a moment to admire their work! Thanks guys!
